This brimmed hat is created from Oshima silk, one of the world's three major textiles.
This is a very time-consuming process in which each thread is dyed based on a pattern blueprint before weaving.
The back of the brim is accented with a vivid dark pink color, and the brim can be worn slightly folded back.

Fabric : Oshima tsumugi is characterized by its extremely soft and light weight, but you can feel its dense weaving. The back of the brim is also made of silk(Tsumugi) with a striped weave pattern. The lining is made from the lining of a beautiful floral patterned haori.

Note : This product is a remake of a vintage kimono.
Note : Regarding the lining of the hat. Please note that the lining of the beret is made from the lining of a kimono, but it may not be silk. We try to make them from silk as much as possible, but it is difficult to tell the difference because of the old clothes.
